Banana Protein Shake

  • 1 cup Betty Full Cream Milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 frozen ripe banana
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • Ice cream as needed

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add the milk, vanilla protein powder, frozen banana, peanut butter, oats, cinnamon and ice into a blender. 

Blend until smooth.

Serve and enjoy!
