If I place an order on a No Movement Day, when will it be delivered?

Orders placed on No Movement Days will still be processed and delivered within 24 - 48 hours.

Please note orders placed before noon Monday through to Friday are delivered within 24-48 hours.

Orders placed after noon on Friday through to Sunday are processed and delivered on Mondays and Tuesdays.

How do I order?

Browse our selection of products. You may search by product name or Browse All

Add products to your cart and check out. Follow the steps to complete the payment process.

Once your order is complete you will receive an order confirmation via email. Your order will be processed for delivery within 12 - 24 hours.

You will receive another email with tracking information for your order.

Can I order products by the case?

Products are not sold the case on the website.

A 5% discount is automatically applied when you add three (3) or more of the same items to your cart.

Do you deliver?

Yes we do! We offer FREE island-wide delivery on orders over $10,000.00.

Orders under $10,000 attract a $450 delivery fee.

Orders placed before 12 noon Mondays - Thursdays are delivered within 12 - 24 hours.

Orders placed after 12noon on Friday are delivered the following Monday.

How soon after order can I expect a delivery?

For orders being delivered within Kingston and St Andrew, you should expect your delivery within 24 hours. If the order was received before 12 noon, your delivery will be same day. Orders received after 12 noon will be delivered the following day.

For orders being delivered outside of Kingston and St Andrew, delivery times ranges between 1 - 3 days depending on distance from our Kingston distribution center.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Currently our main delivery days are Mondays through to Fridays. Weekend deliveries will be coming soon.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we are not shipping internationally, but that option is coming soon. We will keep you posted.

Can I call in to order or is it only online?

Currently our direct-to-consumer orders can only be placed on our website.

Do you have a mobile app?

We do not have a mobile app right now but our app will be available soon.

What is your return policy?

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at serprod.ecommerce@seprod.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
